Shipping Information:
All shipping is FREE to
the USA 48 States.
Any other shipping you must email for a quote.
All Shipping includes insurance. Additional insurance required for
International or Out of USA 48 States. International shipping is
available via Air ONLY
No Exceptions (Must receive a quote first
before shipping)
We use Fed X Ground, Fed X Air, Bax Global and UPS
for our shipping services
Tracking Numbers available upon request.
Please understand that we do not control the shipping companies but
will absolutely help if there is any question on damaged, missing or
non delivered products.
Privacy Policy
Red Baron Pedal Plane.com or its main company King Bolo Media will not sell rent or lease our client lists at anytime to anyone. Our lists will be strictly used for our sales and company notifications and newsletters.
Product Policy
RedBaronPedalPlane.com products are specialty products and there are no
returns available. This does not include shipping damage or a
manufacturer defect.
In the case of damage during shipping.
The
shipping company will be notified within 48 hours of any damage- after
48 hours there is no guarantee of a claim on the insurance. The original
box must be kept with product - No exceptions. All claims will be
handled by the shipping company and only like item will be exchanged
when original item is returned. A call tag will be issued when damage is
verified by the shipping company.
Any defect from the
manufacturers will be dealt with by the manufacturer and handled
accordingly depending on the problem. Because of the special product
nature, each problem may be different yet similar.
